Completely loved it here. The cottage was very homely and a great position. Went to Taynish reserve and did some great walks. Scenery beautiful. The drive out to Keill is also a must - so serene. This area is a photographers paradise - so much of interest! The 'historicals' were great too. Fascinating history. People have been very friendly too. Local real ales also superb and also boat trip.

Wonderful week. Cottage was just right for us. Great forest walks, gardens, castles and antiquities all within easy reach. Local shops and eating places also good. Most of all I've enjoyed photographing the magnificent ancient woodlands . Burning wood on the fire has been fun too!

Visited various areas of the Highlands in recent times -but this cottage by far the most comfortable. It is well equipped-apart from a pizza cutter. It was a cold week, the cottage was cosy and when we mastered the stove it was even toastier. Such a lovely area and we aim to return at a more clement time of year. We did local walks along the well signposted trails. We will be back
