Ideal location for exploring area by bike and great bike trial right beside cottage Fiona, Douglas and Eva Kelly Family September 2013
Scottish scenery is changeable from region to region. This part tends to be more green and lush. Different types of walks which suits the less adventurous walker and of course the area is steeped in history and archaeology. Cottage owner was informative and helpful and as she lived locally could be contacted easily if required. Mrs Wallace, Inverness, September 2013

This is a very pretty and comfortable cottage in a great location right on the Crinan Canal. The area is extremely interesting and there are many places to visit that show Scotland's ancient history. Kilmartin was very good in particular and only down the road. We would definitely recommend a stay here and we hope to come back soon. Mr Asher, Southampton, April 2014
Great spot, lovely cottage. We have been to this area many times but enjoyed being close to the canal and Lochgilphead this time. We hired bikes from the friendly man in town and rode to Crinan for tea. Highly recommended. Marion England - Edinburgh May 2014
The location was excellent and the cottage had everything we needed. There were lots of things to do and see including; walking, cycling and fishing. There was also a pub a ten minute walk away. The owner provided comprehensive information, with contact details in case anything went amiss. All in all, it couldn't have been better. Highly recommended. Mr Symonds, Newton Stewart, May 2014.

The holiday was absolutely fantastic, with lots to see and do in one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland. The cottage itself is in the most idyllic of settings and even the lesser active out there would love this place with its easy access and low level walks on the banks of the Crinan canal. Mr Robb, Edinburgh, May 2014
